Free, best-attempt support is provided in our forums.

Purchasing FestOS or spBackup does not entitle you to on-going free support. Forum questions will be answered on a "best attempt" basis. Meaning, we do our best to check daily and to answer your questions as best we can. We might, out our sole discretion, ask that you open a direct support request (fees apply) in order to receive complete and full resolution to your issues.

We offer per-incident support at $75 per hour, billed by the quarter-hour.
